The ESSE Bakeheart Eco is the perfect off-grid cooking and heating solution. This ESSE cook stove boasts a 5kW output, wood oven and graduated temperature cooking hob. EcoDesign compliant and DEFRA Approved this cook stove is suitable for use in Smoke Control Zones.

Cooking on the Bakeheart Eco

The ultimate off-grid solution, the ESSE Bakeheart Eco offers 5kW radiant heat and a variety of cooking options.

A 32-litre oven features on this cook stove, perfect for baking. Not only this, but its generous size makes it a great option for cooking a variety of dishes, all using the heat of the stove.

Additionally, a graduated temperature hotplate is found at the top of the stove. With four cook zones, this hotplate offers varying temperatures, for cooking a variety of dishes.

The innermost Zone, ‘Zone 1’, reaches temperatures of 300ºc. Zone 2 offers 290ºc and Zone 3 cooks at 250ºc. The outermost zone – Zone 4 – cooks at 190ºc. Get the perfect temperature for a huge variety of meals with the Bakeheart’s graduated hotplate. Boil, braise, stew, simmer and more with the ESSE Bakeheart Eco.

Finally, an oven shelf option features in the firebox, giving you the option to cook directly over flames.
