Our Process – Surveys
For installation work, our first step is to survey your property. We offer free, no-obligation surveys, assessing what parts and labour are required to fit your fire of choice. Once your survey is complete, we’ll write up a quote and send it for your approval. Your quote will be honoured for 30 days – after this point, we may need to re-quote if any costs have increased.
Not sure what fire or stove would be right for your property? Our surveyors have the technical expertise and product knowledge required to advise you. Additionally, we handle bespoke designs including stone surrounds and brick inglenooks – ensuring the final product is just as you’d like it.

Fireplace Installation

Our Process – Installation
We aim to complete most installations over two days. The first day typically involves laying dust sheets around the installation area and preparing the opening for your new fire or stove. On the second day we generally aim to fit the appliance, connect it to your chimney and apply a specialist plaster finish around the fireplace.
With years of experience, our installation team are available to discuss any alterations or additions you desire for your fireplace. We give the utmost importance to the final look of your fireplace, ensuring each detail of your installation looks its best.
From the precise positioning of a surround, to the exact placement of artificial logs in a gas fire, we recognise the importance of each aspect of your installation.
