There are a few factors to consider when choosing your log burner. These include:

Once we’ve surveyed your home, we’ll put together a quote for the installation. Our quote will include the cost of the appliance, flue system, building works, labour and associated trades. If you’d like to accept your quote and go ahead, please contact our office. We’ll take a 25% deposit and arrange an installation date. This can be a specified date to suit your needs, or we can simply book you in for our soonest available installation slot. In some cases, your installation date will be affected by the lead time on your log burner. In these incidences, we will inform you in advance, allowing you to specify a different stove if a sooner installation date is desired.

If we are installing into an existing flue, we ask that you have your chimney swept in advance of your installation date. We will also provide you with a copy of our installation notes, which we ask you to sign and return prior to your installation date. This will confirm that you have read and understand our installation terms and are happy for us to proceed.

Installations will typically take 1-2 days. An experienced installation engineer and craftsman bricklayer will be sent to your property to complete the works. For two day jobs, the first day will start with dust sheets being laid around the work area. We will then prepare the opening required for the installation of your log burner.

On the second day, our team will fit the appliance and chimney connection. Following this, a specialist plaster finish will be set around the log burner. Our installation team have years of experience and are available to discuss any alterations or changes to the design throughout the process. This ensures a final result that you’ll be pleased with for years to come.
