Our installation process
Our first step is to send an engineer to survey your property. In doing this, our surveyor can provide in-depth technical advice and answer any questions you may have. Not only this, but we can discuss installation options and product recommendations.Â
From there, our office team will put together a quote for us to install your wood stove. This comprehensive quote will cover the cost of the appliance, flue system and any relevant works to be undertaken on your home. Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll take a 25% deposit and book an installation date. Generally, it takes us 1-2 days to install a wood stove, depending on the extent of building works to be undertaken. On the first day of an installation, we lay down dust sheets and prepare the opening for your wood stove. On the second day we will fit the appliance and chimney connection. Finally, a specialist plaster will be set around the appliance.
